HISPANICS Without Borders is a workshop designed specifically for Hispanic leaders, managers and executives who want the edge needed to make the transition to the next level in your organization. Starting with a comprehensive assessment and base-line establishment, and quickly moving toward goal setting and personal development, this workshop delivers useable ideas for executive development.

Based on hundreds of interviews of some of America's top Hispanic executives, this session teaches participants the real life do's and don'ts of executive behavior, presence, influence, perspective and much more.


Objectives

Based on our proprietary curriculum and through group discussion and interactive exercises, participants will demostrate mastery in the following key points:

  • Keys to professional self-awareness and comparative analysis with your selection criteria.
  • Advanced personal change techniques using Neuro Linguistic Programming.
  • Ability to navigate between cultural groups with poise.
  • Inter and cross-cultural communication techniques to enhance influence.
  • Executive presence based on a 25-point feedback tool.
  • Executive comunication, crisis management and emotional intelligence.
  • Change engineering using today's most effective models.
  • The language of accountability is practiced with self and others.
  • After careful analysis of professional challenges, specific behavioral changes are recommended.
  • A personal plan of action with accountability indicators and timelines. 


Length of Workshop

If you prefer not to engage in our year long executive development program, we can customize and deliver this workshop in 12 hours (3 four-hour, half day sessions).

 

Delivery Options 

While we can deliver this series of sessions at your location, we prefer you send participants to our facilities. If we don't have a presence in your city, we will book a hotel meeting room to accommodate the group.
