Starting with a comprehensive assessment and base-line establishment, and quickly moving toward goal setting and personal development, this workshop delivers useable ideas for executive development.
Based on hundreds of interviews of some of America's top Hispanic executives, this session teaches participants the real life do's and don'ts of executive behavior, presence, influence, perspective and much more.

- The language of accountability is practiced with self and others.
- After careful analysis of professional challenges, specific behavioral changes are recommended.
- A personal plan of action with accountability indicators and timelines.
Length of Workshop
If you prefer not to engage in our year long executive development program, we can customize and deliver this workshop in 12 hours (3 four-hour, half day sessions).
Delivery Options
While we can deliver this series of sessions at your location, we prefer you send participants to our facilities. If we don't have a presence in your city, we will book a hotel meeting room to accommodate the group.
